Brainstorming Session
What began as a simple team exercise with color-coded post-its turned into a powerful way to align on GLP-1 priorities. This collaboration effort helped bridge gaps across key focus areas, from utilization and drug switching to even early thinking around discontinuation trends. Laying the foundation for a meaningful and focused dashboard experience.
Iterations
Multiple layout and chart experiments were tested to refine how trends would be displayed over time. This stage helped align the right visual format to the right story, ensuring each view serves a purpose.
Development Phases
Design came to life in Tableau with applied interactivity, clean formatting, and filter logic. These builds focus on delivering clarity while allowing users to explore key drivers of GLP-1 utilization patterns.
